PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition consisting of a specific polymerizable fluorine-containing copolymer and crosslinking agent and providing a rigid material capable of retaining excellent properties of endurance, permeability of light rays, transparency, fungus resistance, etc., over a long period when applied to acryl resin sheet, etc. CONSTITUTION:(A) A vinyl monomer containing a 4-20C polyfluoroalkyl group and capable of containing a crosslinkable functional group is copolymerized with (B) a vinyl monomer having a crosslinkable group and capable of copolymerizing with component A (except when the component A contains a crosslinkable group) and (C) an aliphatic vinyl monomer copolymerizable with components A and B to provide a crosslinkable group-containing fluorine- containing copolymer containing 5-30wt.% (10-70wt.%, when the component A contains no crosslinkable group) total amount of crosslinkable group- containing monomer, having 5,000-40,000 number-average molecular weight, 30-150 hydroxyl group valence and 3-40 acid value, which is then blended with a crosslinking agent crosslinkable with a crosslinkable group to afford the aimed composition.
