PURPOSE:To finely finish a film by a method wherein the neck part of a clip is fixed to the mounting hole of an ear at the inlet of resin with no gap, and fixed to the mounting holes of the remaining ears in slotted holes having gaps. CONSTITUTION:A film 2 having ears 2a and 2b are fixed within a mold 3 by means of resin clips 1, which are respectively and insertedly passed through mounting holes 2c and 2d. After molds 3 and 3' under the above-mentioned state are closed, resin 4 is injected from an inlet 3a so as to fill the molds in order to integrally mold the films 2 and 2'. No gap is made between the neck part 1b of the clip 1 and the mounting hole 2c of an ear 2a located at the inlet 3a part of resin 4 in order to prevent the films 2 and 2' from being shifted by the influx pressure of the resin 4. Further, the neck part is fixed to the mounting hole 2d of each ear 2b through a slotted hole in the direction of flow of the resin so as to have a gap. Thus, by cutting off the respective ears 2a and 2b, a plastic molded item with neither shifting nor wrinkle is molded. |
