发明名称 OPERATING METHOD FOR CHEMICAL EXCITATION IODINE LASER SYSTEM
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain pulsive laser light of large output with a vacuum pump whose displacement is rather small, by sending high pressure chrolide gas in the pulsative manner into an oxygen generating vessel by the opening and closing a valve. CONSTITUTION:At the time of supplying chloride gas, high pressure chloride gas stored in a pressure vessel 2 is injected at a stretch into an oxygen generating vessel 1 by opening instantaneously the closed valve. After the high pressure chloride gas is sent in a pulsative manner, the valve 4 is closed, and then this valve operation is repeated. The excited oxygen in which water vapor is eliminated in this manner is sent into a laser resonator 11 in the pulsative manner, and a pulsative light output is taken out. Thereby, a large output pulsative laser light can be obtained by a vacuum pump whose displacement is rather small.
