PURPOSE:To eliminate aberration at the time of integrating core blocks completely, by providing the screw bar of a pair of inverse screws possible to negate torque with each other generated on a flat plane perpendicular to the shaft line of screw feeding as a screw feeding operation is performed on a clamping means which integrates a pair of core blocks by pressing them. CONSTITUTION:The screw bars 11 and 12 making the pair of inverse screws are arranged horizontally and screwed along the longitudinal direction of one side wall 4a. At the time of performing a pressing operation to rotate the screw bars 11 and 12, the bars are rotated simultaneously with the same torque so as to protrude the heads of the bars over the one side wall 4a. Since the torque to float a flat spring 8 by clamping the screw bars 11 and 12 respectively are set in a reverse direction with each other, they are negated with each other, and only a pressing force in a direction of the shaft line acts on the flat spring 8 and a spacer 7 according to the clamping of the screw bars 11 and 12. In such a way, it is possible to improve the mutual positioning accuracy of the core blocks remarkably, and to obtain the magnetic head with high quality.
