PURPOSE:To improve adherence of resin film to steel plate by converting a bonding layer of a resin film which is to be bonded to the steel plate into non- crystalline structure by a method wherein only the surface of a steel bond, onto which the resin film is laminated is heated up to a bonding temperature. CONSTITUTION:A steel band 1, to which a resin film is laminated, continuously runs rightwards as indicated with the arrow. The resin film 2 is fed from a resin film roll 3 in the form of a sheet onto one surface of the steel band 1. The resin film 2 is pushed with a press roll 4 to the surface of the steel band 1. Next, the steel band 1, on which the resin film 2 is pushed, is heated with a high frequency induction heater 5. The induction current induced with the high frequency induction heater 5 is generated only in the surface layer on the side, on which the resin film 2 is placed, of the steel band 1, resulting in heating and melting a part of the resin film 2. At this time, since the heat generated with the high frequency induction heater 5 is dissipated towards the rear surface side of the steel band 1, the heating and melting of the whole resin film 2 does not occur. Thus, a resin film 2 having a double layer structure of both non-crystalline structure and crystalline structure is obtained. |
