DATA TRANSMISSION NETWORK

摘要

The network includes data transmission stations connected by a loop like transmission line and circuitry for sequentially generating data frames having the same length so that they circulate on the line simultaneously. Each data frame has data packets allocated to the stations respectively. An arrangement is provided in each station to receive the data frame from the line and store its contents and to reconstruct the received data by renewing the contents of the appropriate data packet and send out the reconstructed data frame to the line.
