摘要 PURPOSE:To make a pulley for an engine crankshaft into a small diameter, by connecting an output shaft to a carrier being rotated by an engine via a planetary gear mechanism or the like, while controlling a connective state of the carrier when its rotation becomes more than the specified value. CONSTITUTION:When turning force out of an engine is transmitted to an input shaft 13 of an auxiliary grinding gear 10, the planetary gear 18 supported on a carrier 12 revolves with a sun gear 26a as the center. At this time, an internal gear 20 is held in a nonrotational state by a magnetic clutch 25 coming on, so that the sun gear 26a is rotated at high speed as compared with the input shaft 13. In consequence, the turning shaft of an alternator 29 or an output shaft 26 forming the sun gear 26a is rotated at high speed. On the other hand, when rotation of the carrier 12 becomes more than the specified value, a centrifuger 22 jumps out and an engaged piece 22b is engaged with the internal gear 20. In consequence, the magnetic clutch 25 disengages, and since the internal gear 20 is rotated together with the carrier as one body, the output shaft 26 attains the same rotational frequency as the input shaft 13.
