The side stiffener having uniform pattern and saving raw material is prepd. by extrusion. Thus a profile of formulated synthetic rubber is extruded continuously through a die having a certain shape and pre-cured at 150↿C for 20-25min. in a heating room. The pre-cured profile is passed between a pair of pattern rollers to get desired uniform pattern and is post-cured again at 150↿C for 20-25min. at the heating room to produce the side stiffener.
