<p>PURPOSE:To enable the loading and unloading of articles to be surely made on the travel of a trolley hanger, by constituting the travell hanger suspended from a trolley body so that the fork part of the hanger can be selectively turned on its travel. CONSTITUTION:A trolley conveyor 1 comprises a pluarlity of trolly bodies 4 which are moved along a suspended rail 2 by the rotation of a chain 3, and a trolly hanger 5 is suspended from each trolley body 4 by means of a suspending member 6. The hanger 5 is provided with a bifurcate fork part 10 which may be rotated about its vertical axis by an actuated rotary device 7 and also may be rotated back and forth around a rotary shaft 6a. Further, lifters are arranged in loading and unloading stations 11, 14 along a conveyor path, respectively. A 180 deg. turning device 15a for turning the direction of the fork part 10 into the forward direction thereof is disposed between both lifters, and a 90 deg. turning device for turning the direction of the fork part 10 into the rearward direction thereof is also arranged upstream of the station 14.</p> |
