PURPOSE:To accurately detect each abnormal state in slubs of respective forms, by operating slub length and draft ratio in slub spinning based on both numbers of revolutions of front roller and back roller to assess the propriety. CONSTITUTION:In the spinning of a slub yarn, slub length and draft ratio are respectively operated based on both transmitting pulse numbers from front encoder 11 and back encoder 13. The results and a program for slub yarn spinning having been entered into the central processor beforehand are compared to detect abnormal states in slubs through said processor, thus reporting each abnormal state so as to correspond to its kind. |
