PURPOSE:To obtain a correct copy having no misalignment in an image, by controlling the operation timing of a transfer paper resist roller, based on the signal of an original tip detecting sensor provided on an optical member. CONSTITUTION:First and, second optical scanners 7, 8 are driven, and also, a carrying belt 5 is driven, and subsequently, an original resist roller 23 is operated and an original 2 is fed onto an original placing table 6, and thereafter, when an original tip detecting sensor 34 detects the original 2, when a prescribed time elapses after the detection, a transfer paper resist roller 22 operates. In such a way, after the original tip detecting sensor 34 has detected the original, the transfer paper resist roller 22 operates at a prescribed timing. In such a way, a correct copy having no misalignment in an image is obtained. |
