PURPOSE:To manage each separate additional information by counting up a corresponding counter with regard to specific additional information, in case of adding not only data from an original but also additional information at the time of copying, etc. CONSTITUTION:At the time of printing additional information together with an original image, first of all, by operating a selecting key 8 corresponding to desired additional information, the desired additional information is printed to coping paper. In case the selecting key number which an operator has operated selects specific information 1 by the selecting key 8 of a key number 7, or in case specific information 2 is selected by the selecting key 8 of a key number 8, a specific information 1 use counter 16 or a specific information 2 use counter 17, being counters corresponding to the selected specific information, respectively is turned on by a solenoid driver 14 and turned off after a prescribed time, and counted up, together with a total counter 15 in synchronism with a feed paper operation. In such a way, the number of sheets which has printed the specific additional information is understood, and the number of sheets can be managed. |
