<p>PURPOSE:To automate the operation control of a train, such as announcement in a car, giving guidance to an operator, control of the train or the like, by providing a card reader unit capable of reading the variable information in an information inputting card into which the variable information specified for each train are stored. CONSTITUTION:Fixed information (information common is respective trains) is stored in a memory 7 while variable information (information specified for respective trains) is stored in a magnetic card, an IC card or the like, used for an information inputting card read by a card reader 8. In the starting station of the train, a crewmember carries the magnetic card or the IC card, into which the proper information of his boarding train are inputted, and sets the card into the card reader 8 of a train controller mounted on the train. When the train starts, the integration of a running distance is started by a tacho-gene-rator 2. A control unit 6 provides an announcement device 9 in a car, an alarming device 10 and a train controller 11 with commands based on the data of the running distance.</p> |
