PURPOSE:To improve control accuracy of the fuel feeding amount by changing the resolution of an A/D convertor at the rear stage of an opening degree detecting means into high resolution when the throttle degree is below the set value and inhibiting this change when the throttle degree is below the smaller set value. CONSTITUTION:The first judging means 4 is provided for judging whether the throttle degree is below the first set opening degree on the basis of the digital data which are constituted by converting an analog signal output from a throttle degree detecting means M2 with an A/D convertor M3. And when judged YES, the voltage range of an analog signal to be converted with the A/D convertor M3 is made small in a resolution changing means M5 so as to change the resolution of the A/D convertor M3 into high resolution in appearance. Further, the second judging means M6 is provided for judging whether or not the throttle degree is below the second set opening degree (<the first set opening degree) on the basis of the digital data and when judged YES, the operation of a changing means M5 for resolution is inhibited by an inhibiting means M7.
