PURPOSE:To improve the wear resistance of piles and reduce the leaving of the piles from their roots by a method wherein a synthetic resin layer, which is brought into semi-gel state by heating, is sucked under vacuum or pressed through a network body. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a synthetic resin layer 9, which is turned into semi-gel state on the top surface of a carrier 2 in a heating oven 8, is covered with an endless belt-like network body 12, which runs at the speed same as that of a carrier 2. The network body 12 is a plain weave fabric of fiber made of stainless steel, fluoroplastic, nylon resin or the like having a diameter of 30-100mum and treated with mold-release agent, when necessary. When then pressure in the vacuum chamber 25 of the upper box 20 of a pile forming part 13 is reduced to 0.7-0.9 atms, a part of the synthetic resin layer 9 comes into the meshes of the network body 12. At this time, by bringing the pressure in the pressurizing chamber 27 of a lower body 21 into the pressurized state of 1.5-2.0 atms, the carrier 2 is lifted upwards, resulting in getting the synthetic resin layer 9 into the meshes of the network body 12. The synthetic resin layer 9 is pinched with the carrier 2 and the network body 12 at its both sides, and in the state it completes gelation in the heating oven 8.
