PURPOSE:To improve the productivity by providing a spring receiving part of a shutter, which receives a spring end part, with a projecting part which is inserted to a gap between a lower case and an upper case. CONSTITUTION:End parts of a spring 7 are completely equally formed to an about L shape and are bilaterally symmetrical, and one end part of the spring 7 is fitted to a spring engaging part of a lower case 3, and the other end part 10 of the spring is detained on the shutter side, and a spring receiving face 11 of the shutter 1 has a projecting part 15 inserted between the lower case 3 and an upper case 12 to surely receive the spring end part 10. Consequently, the spring end part 10 is not inserted to the gap between the spring receiving surface 11 of the shutter 1 and an upper face 13 of lower and upper cases 3 and 12 to surely transmit the spring force to the shutter. Thus, the spring is assembled without paying attention to shapes of both ends of the spring to improve the productivity.
