PURPOSE:To permit obtaining the data and time of a timepiece and the date and time after a change by retaining the date change time assigned by an assignment input means, integrating only the time and computing the change time. CONSTITUTION:The assigned time (n) from the outside is set in an assigned time table part 2. The date and time (y), (m), (d), (t) of the date timepiece 1 are read in a time reading part 3. The read date and time are sent as they are to a date and time outputting part 6 after the change thereof. On the other hand, the assigned time (n) of the table part 2 and the read time (t) are compared and judgement is made that the change is needed when 0<t<n in a part 4 for judging whether the change is needed or not. The time after the change is computed in a time calculating part 51 of a change time computing part 5. A previous day calculating part 52 calculates the date before one day of the read date (y), (m), (d) and delivers y', m', d' to the outputting part 6. The desired date and time can, therefore, be set in the output part 6 in both cases when the date and the time are the same as the date and the time of the time piece 1 and when the data and the time are changed.
