The present invention relates to a compact device for sterilisation with hot water, consisting of a total-drainage tank 1, whose water is heated by resistors 3. The water supplying the said tank is filtered by cartridge elements 11 and 12, depending on the desired filtration pore size. The water thus filtered and heated to 90 DEG C is pulsed by the pump 10 into the application piping, and this is done at a constant temperature until the tank 1 is completely drained. Flow-rate and pressure adjustment 19 and the indicators 20 and 21 allow continuous control of the application flow-rate and pressure parameters. The application temperature of the water can be adjusted at any moment by mixing filtered cold water using the valve 16. The said device comprises all control and automation elements ensuring autonomous operation. The present invention can therefore ensure sterilisation with filtered hot water, or disinfection by addition of chemical products into the tank 1, of any food equipment, including in particular filters and machines for bottling wine. <IMAGE>
