The present invention relates to a device for supplying an electrical receiver placed on a surface including a network of strips or lands (areas) made of an electricity-conducting material, which are alternately connected to the two poles of an electric current source. This device is characterised in that it includes a sole plate 1 comprising, on its upper part, a planar horizontal surface consisting of parallel conducting strips 6, 7.
