PURPOSE:To discriminate whether a password is true or not or inquire about history information by the offline operation of only a card by giving a function deciding whether the password is true or not, and a function retrieving history information. CONSTITUTION:An IC card 1 is provided with a keyboard 2 as the information input means, a display part 3 as the information display means, an IC 4, a power supply part 5A, and external connection terminals 6A-6E. Transaction history information is stored in an EEPROM 48 through a CPU 41. A password number is inputted from the keyboard 2, and it is discriminated by the CPU 41 whether the inputted password number is true or not. Further, transaction history information stored in the EEPROM 48 is displayed on the display part 3. |
