PURPOSE:To stick two sheets of disk substrates, one of which is formed with a recording layer for to be recorded with information by laser light and each of which has a central hole, without deviating the positions thereof by coating an adhesive agent on one sheet of the above-mentioned substrates and sticking two sheets of the substrates to each other by bringing the recording layer to the inside. CONSTITUTION:The adhesive agent 1 is supplied between a foundation roller 11 and a transfer roller 12 and is transferred to a compsn. roller 13 after the coating amt. thereof is adjusted. The adhesive layer is thus formed through the substrate 2 between the roller 13 and an impression roller 14 which is positioned under said roller and plays the role of pressing. The other substrate 2 is then stuck to the substrate 2 coated with the adhesive agent 1 by aligning the centers thereof by using jigs 3', 3. The substrates 2, 2 are thereby concentrically adhered to each other in such a manner that the central holes 8 thereof are aligned.
