PURPOSE:To obtain a plastic magnet having excellent magnetic characteristics by a method wherein a prescribed coupling agent is used as a magnetic powder surface treatment agent and a prescribed amide is used as a lubricant. CONSTITUTION:Fatty acid isopropanolamide and fatty ethanolamide of the prescribed ratio are used as the lubricant to be added to a nylon-magnetic powder composition, and an amine silene coupling agent shown by the formula R1NH(CH2)2NH(CH2)3Si(OR2)3 of the prescribed ratio is used as a magnetic powder surface treatment material. Besides, R1 in the above-mentioned formula indicates H, C1-C18 alkyl radical or their induction radical, and R2 indicates C1-C4 alkyl radical. Also, the quantity to be added of fatty acid isopropanolamide and fatty acid ethanolamide is to be 0.1-2.0 wt.% for total composition, and adding quantity of the coupling agent is 0.4-2 wt.% for the magnetic powder. |
