PURPOSE:To allow the patterning into the optional configuration and shape by coating the superconductive ceramic powder uniformly mixed in a medium hardened or decayed by the radiation of the radiation energy on an electrically conductive substrate to provide the machining property and forming function. CONSTITUTION:The superconductive ceramic powder uniformly mixed in a medium hardened or decayed by the radiation of the radiation energy on an electrically conductive substrate to provide the machining property and forming function. The mixed resin of the photo-polymerized monomer having one or more unsaturated groups such as the acryloyl group, methacryloyl group in one molecule with polymer or pre-polymer can be used as the hardening medium, and positive diazo and azido resin, polymethyl vinyl ketone can be used as the decaying medium. The powder of the superconductive composite oxide, hardening material can be used as the superconductive ceramic powder, and the copper composite oxide is preferable for machining. Accordingly, it can be formed into the free shape and configuration. |
