PURPOSE:To improve fitting operation of a ladle and to improve accuracy of weighing of molten metal by integratedly forming a ladle fitting part, so as to cover on upper part of a molten metal pouring part in a ceramic ladle and constituting an attachment as attaching/detaching to the ladle fitting part. CONSTITUTION:On the upper face of the flat plate-like ladle fitting part 6 in the ceramic ladle 40, flat plate-like member 5 for the attachment 2 is piled and fastened by a bolt 7. The lower face of the bolt 7 is brought into contact with the ladle fitting face through lower part washer 8 and the upper face thereof holds the flat plate-like member 5 for the attachment 2, a disk spring 9 made of heat resistant material and an upper part washer 10 by screwing a nut 11. The bolt 7 fastening the ladle fitting part 6 is arranged on the vertical face passing through the center of gravity of the ceramic ladle 40 and is made to coincide with the gravity direction.
