PURPOSE:To simplify assembling and to strengthen both side parts of a device body against deformation by forming rails, along which a plate-shaped member is moved, longitudinally on the inside of both side faces of the device body as one body together with both side faces by a synthetic resin material. CONSTITUTION:A front panel 4 provided with a card insertion hole 3, to which an IC card 2 is inserted, in the front is provided in the front of a device body 1. The front panel 4 is made of a synthetic resin and a flange 6 is formed in the peripheral side edge. Reinforcing ribs 12 are provided on the inside of both side faces of the device body 1 and are formed as one body together with both side faces by the synthetic resin material and function as rails along which a plate-shaped member 11 is slided. Both side faces of the device body 1 are strengthened by these reinforcing ribs 12.
