The invention relates to a device intended for the whole or a part of an appliance which is to transmit a rotary movement to the inside of a container containing liquid. The device is characterised by a steel ring 1 serving as a support to a ring 2 including a hole 9, it all being secured by the screw 6, the ring 1 being made integral with the tank by a weld bead 14. The bearing washer 5 integral with the ring 1 receives a sealing ring 4 on its finely machined surface. The washer 3 integral with the shaft 7 via the screw 8 exerting a pressure on the sealing ring 4 provides sealing between the fixed part 1, 5 and the rotating part 3, 4, 7, 8. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for transmitting a rotary movement into a tank containing a liquid whilst preserving its sealing. <IMAGE>
