PURPOSE:To enable execution of effective air conditioning even in the interior of a room where thermal deviation occurs, by a method wherein heat exchanger parts on the condensation side and the vaporization side are positioned in parallel approximately on the same plane. CONSTITUTION:A condenser 10, consisting of a thin type heat exchanger, and a horizontal axial blower 11 are installed in a duct 3 situated in the upper part of a casing 2 to form a heat exchange part 50 on the condensation side. A first vaporizer 20, consisting of a thin type heat exchanger, is situated in a suction port 5a formed in a lower area, and a horizontal axial blower 21 is placed in a duct 5 to form a first heat exchange part 60 on the vaporization side. A second vaporizer 30, consisting of a thin heat exchange, is placed in a suction port 7a formed so as to be opened to a wall surface 2b in a lower area, and a horizontal axial blower 31 is situated in a duct 7 to form a second heat exchange part 70 on the vaporization side. The heat exchange part 50 and the first and second heat exchange parts 60 and 70 on the vaporization side are situated in juxtaposition on a plane extending along the wall surface of the casing 2, and a compressor 80 is mounted on the bottom to decrease the thickness of a device and facilitate movement thereof. |
