PURPOSE:To know the contents of all memory circuits with simple operation, by reading all dial numbers stored into plural memory means, displaying them to a displaying means when a prescribed operation is executed from a key pad. CONSTITUTION:When the memory contents of memory circuits MM1-MM4 are confirmed, a checking key CHECK of a key pad 1 is operated. A control circuit 5 outputs a timer starting signal to a timer circuit 15, and the timer circuit 15, when a constant time is measured, outputs a timer counting completing signal to the control circuit 5. When an operator continues to push the checking key CHECK, the control circuit 5 reads the dial number from the memory circuit MM1, outputs it to a displaying circuit 9 and displays it to an indicator 11. Thereafter, the dial number is read from the memory circuits MM2-MM4 successively, sent to the displaying circuit 9 and displayed to the indicator 11. Thus, when the operator continues to push the checking key CHECK for a constant time, the contents of all memory circuits are read and displayed to the indicator 11.
