PURPOSE:To increase the fuel in a high-speed rotation area and decrease the fuel in a low-speed rotation area by adopting an adaptation lever for an all- speed governor. CONSTITUTION:An adaptation lever 31 is arranged between a tension lever 14 and a governor lever 22, and a governor lever shaft 19 is located toward the side of a control rack 25 than a tension lever shaft 13. One end of the adaptation lever 31 is pivotally fitted to the governor lever shaft 19, and the other end is pivotally fitted to the tension lever 14 via an adaptation lever shaft 30. A reverse adaptation first spring 41 stronger than a start spring 41 is fastened between the adaptation lever 31 and the tension lever 14 so as to provide a gas between them, an adaptation second spring 46 stronger than the first spring 41 and brought into contact with the governor lever 22 after the start spring 51 is compressed by a fixed distance is provided on the adaptation lever 31. The control rack 25 is controlled by the governor force in response to the rotating speed.
