PURPOSE:To automatically and efficiently carry out the work by man's labor by installing an air blowing-in mechanism onto a transport board in order to blow air into the side surfaces of the piled paper sheets. CONSTITUTION:Simultaneously with the start of retreat of a transport board 38, a pusher 54 lowers, and when no paper sheet 8' is unloaded from the front edge part, the right and left corner parts are pressed from the upper side by the pusher 54. Immediately after the start of pressing, air is jetted from the air nozzles 47 on the right and left sides of the transport board 38, and air is blown onto the right and left side surfaces of the paper sheet 8' unloaded from the transport board 38. The unloaded paper sheets 8' are bent by a step difference, and air is blown into the bent part on the right and left side surfaces from the air nozzle 47, and air blowing into the paper sheets 8' can be carried out smoothly. Since the bent part shifts rearward as the transport board 38 retreats, the air blowing is carried out over the whole length on the right and left side surfaces of the paper sheets 8'.
