摘要 PURPOSE:To increase freedom for modifying capacity of synchronization by arranging a high speed change synchronizing mechanism in a speed change switching device for switching rotary force from an input shaft before it is inputted to a planetary gear in front of the planetary gear. CONSTITUTION:A speed change switching device 36 is arranged between a supporting section for input and output shafts 31, 34 and a planetary gear set 35. Upon sliding of a speed change sleeve 36A in the switching device 36 from neutral condition to the right, it is synchronized through synchronizing section 42 so as to couple the gear 34 of the shaft 31 and the gear 34 of the shaft 34 through the gear 36B of the sleeve 36A. Upon sliding of the sleeve 36A from neutral condition to the left, the gear 36C of the sleeve 36A engages with the gear 35B of a sun gear 35A so as to couple the shaft 31 with the sun gear 35A through the sleeve 36A. Since synchronizing mechanism for high speed side switching is arranged in the speed change switching device in front of the planetary gear, a diameter at the synchronizing section can be set with less limitation.
