PURPOSE:To reduce the size of an integrated circuit while the width of a power wire is made thin by setting resistors being components of each constant current source circuit of plural output circuits to a different value depending on the power supply drop through the wiring of power supply to which the resistor is connected. CONSTITUTION:In order to keep a voltage VL2 caused at an output terminal P2 of an output circuit G2 equal to a voltage VL1 generated at an output terminal P1, the current of a constant current source circuit of an output circuit G2 has to be made equal to the current of a constant current source circuit of an output circuit G1. Thus, the resistance of the constant current source circuit of the output circuit G2 has to be selected smaller than the resistance of the constant current source circuit of the output circuit G1. The resistor of the constant current source circuit of the output circuit G2 is the parallel connection of resistors R6, R7 and the resistance R7 is adjusted in response to the voltage drop VD to make the current always equal to the current of the constant current source circuit of the output circuit G1. Thus, the width of the power wire is made thin and the size of the integrated circuit is reduced.
