The hinge (100) comprises an adjustable hinge flap (3) composed of two parts, of which one part, essentially in the form of a rectangular plate, exhibits, on one side, a bead-like part (3') which projects up from the plane of the plate and is intended for receiving the hinge pin (5) parallel to the side, and, on the opposite side, an attachment (12) which projects up from the plane of the plate. Extending between the bead (3') and the attachment (12) is a cap screw (18) which can be turned through a through-passage (26) in the attachment (12) and engages into a thread (25) on the first part (20), fastened on the door leaf or window sash or frame, of the adjustable hinge flap (3), with the result that the latter can be adjusted in the ready-mounted state. The end of the cap screw (18) engages into a steel bush which is supported against the bead-like part. Seated in the through-passage (26) is a collared bush, against whose radial collar the cap (19) of the cap screw (18) rests. <IMAGE>
