PURPOSE:To adjust the pulse width of an output signal by adjusting a charge stored in a control transistor (TR) in a circuit including TRs for push-pull amplification and the control TR. CONSTITUTION:TRs Q1, Q2 regulate the operation of a driving circuit and receive a pulse signal P of a logic level outputted from a pulse generating section 2 via resistors (R) R1, R2. On the other hand, TRs Q6, Q7 apply push-pull operation mutually. In varying the resistance of a variable resistor VR, a base current given to the TR Q1 is varied to change the electric charge stored in the TR Q1. Thus, the leading width of the output waveform of the TR Q1 is adjusted to control the operation time of the conduction/interruption of the TR Q3, and the operation time of the TRs Q6, Q7 is controlled. Thus, the leading width of the driving signal pulse outputted from the output terminal 3 is adjusted. |
