PURPOSE:To attain delay time control with excellent high accuracy and high speed by supplying the current of a constant current source and the discharge current of a capacitor when capacitor discharges through other transistor (TR), and utilizing the switching of the TR to stop discharging. CONSTITUTION:When an input terminal 21 goes to a high level and an input terminal 22 goes to a low level, TRs Q2, Q3 are turned off and the current from a constant current source 13 charges a capacitor (C) 16 through a diode (D) 15 and a comparator voltage 23 is generated. When the voltage 23 is coincident with a reference voltage 17 deciding the delay time, the output of the comparator 11 is inverted. Then the input pulse signal is inverted and the C16 discharges an electric charge through the TR Q3 and the current from a constant current source 13 flows through the TR Q2. Moreover, when the potential of the C16 is decreased to a reference voltage 18 deciding the base potential, the TR Q5 is turned on and the TR Q3 is turned off to stop discharging the C16. Thus, the delay signal 25 with less temperature dependency, high accuracy and high speed is outputted. |
