PURPOSE:To obtain excellent strength, heat resistance, and wear resistance at the time of using in an environment such as a high temp. or vacuum and the like by forming the captioned cage with a sintered material with the main components of a 10-80 wt.% of WS2 and a 20-90 wt.% of Cu. CONSTITUTION:A cage is formed with a sintered material with the main components of a 10-80 wt.% of WS2 of which less than 30 wt.% is substituted by MoS2 and/or graphite and a 20-90 wt.% of Cu of which less than 30 wt.% is substituted by at least one kind of the metal or alloy of Sn, Pb, Ag, W, Mo, Ta, Fe, Ni, Be, Al, P and their alloys. Hence, the cage can obtain excellent strength, heat resistance, and wear resistance in an environment such as at a high temp. or in vacuum and the like, enabling manufacture at a low cost.
