<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture foaming resin materials with core simply and with a good productivity by inserting a core material which can retain substantially the bent shape into two pieces of closed-cell type foaming materials and bonding or heat fusion bonding. CONSTITUTION:Foaming resin materials 1a and 1b are of belt or column shape and should be of closed-cell type from the viewpoints of strength, adequate repulsion, hand feeling and shape retaining characteristics. As for a core 2, materials which can retain the bent shape substantially when being bent, for example, elastic metal wires, iron, copper, ammonium, duralumin and the like are used, and synthetic rubber, synthetic resin rods and the like may also be used. The core materials 2 is inserted between the foaming resin materials 1a and 1b, and after heat fusion bonded by a heat source 3, the same is cut into given widths by a slit 5, and further cut into given lengths by a cutter 6. By said process, foaming resin rods with core can be manufactured at a good stability and productivity without the core being bent or the like.</p> |
