PURPOSE:To improve exciting oxygen generating efficiency for a long period by cooling reaction solution extracted from an oxygen generator to a temperature or lower for precipitating salt by a saline separating cooler. CONSTITUTION:Reaction solution extracted from a solution output tube 3 at the lower part of an oxygen generator 1 is cooled by a saline separating cooler 8a through refrigerant to a temperature or lower for precipitating saline, new alkaline oxygen peroxide water solution is supplied from a new alkaline hydrogen peroxide water solution supply tube 11 through a solution circulating line 6 connected to the top of the generator 1, its concentration is adjusted to be circulated to the generator 1. When the precipitated saline is filled in the cooler 8a, sluice valves 12, 13 are closed, and saline is remove from a saline removing port 17. |
