PURPOSE:To improve the utilizing efficiency of a system by interrupting immediately a line just after a busy tone is recognized in an information service device utilizing the telephone line. CONSTITUTION:When a customer cuts off a telephone by one side on the way of service or at the intermission of service, a busy tone representing the cutoff of a telephone set is transmitted from a telephone station side immediately. When a voice recognizer 4 is in the state ready for input and this busy tone is transmitted, the voice recognizer 4 recognizes it that the telephone call is cut off by one side from the customer, the result is transmitted to a controller 6 and the line is cut off immediately. |
