PURPOSE:To permit the uniform distribution to each stripe of an aligning conveyor by suppressing and staying the transport of fruit between a dispersion- transporting machine and the aligning conveyor and installing a relaying rotary body for relaying each certain quantity, in the captioned device for a selecting plant, etc. CONSTITUTION:The fruit 2 supplied into a dispersion-transporting machine 3 through a chute 15 from a conveyor 1 shifts in the direction of arrow A in dispersion. Then, the fruit is applied with a transport resistance from the rotary brush of a relaying rotary body 6 which revolves at the revolution speed less than the transport speed of the dispersion-transporting machine 3, and stays temporarily at the place of the relaying rotary body 6, and a staying layer of the fruit 2 is formed, and a uniform distribution for the transport width in the right and left directions is formed. At the same time, the fruit 2 can be sent out by each certain quantity onto an aligning conveyor 5 by the revolution of the rotary brush. Therefore, the fruit can be distributed in the uniform distribution state onto the aligning conveyor.
