PURPOSE:To save the energy by connecting a load to a coupler when the rotating speeds of a motor and a coupler of a flywheel become the first speed value or higher, and separating the load from the coupler when the rotating speed of the coupler becomes the second speed value or lower which is lower than the first speed value. CONSTITUTION:When the output of a power source starts increasing, a motor 1 and a flywheel 2 start rotating, and when the rotating speed reaches the first speed omega1, a clutch 3 is engaged to connect to a rotary load 4 of a pump. The energy dissipated from the flywheel 2 is consumed by the acceleration, rotary load of the pump and the friction of the clutch. When the rotating speed is declerated to the second speed value omega2, the clutch 3 is disengaged, and the motor 1 and the flywheel 2 are released from the pump. |
