摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the detection accuracy of leakage, by using a visible light camera and an infrared camera to allow the optical axes of both cameras to coincide with each other. CONSTITUTION:A main monitor A wherein a visible light camera 3 and an infrared camera 4 are provided from the beam incident part 1 of the same optical axis through a beam separation part 2 such as a polarizing prism or a beam splitter is arranged so as to freely monitor the entire region of an object to be monitored. In a monitor 9, the presence of temp. change is detected from the image signal of the infrared camera 4 by a detection part 14 and, when said change exceeds a predetermined level to continue for a predetermined time or more, an image matching with an alarm mark is shown on the corresponding zone of the image signal from the visible light camera 3 and displayed on a CRT 12 along with the temp. at the place concerned. By this method, the leakage of a low or high temp. fluid can be certainly specified.
