PURPOSE:To enhance the strength of bonding section of a metal cylinder and a FRP cylinder by bonding a FRP ring in recessed sections formed on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of a projected section of a metal cylinder and bonding the outer surface of said ring with the inner surface of a FRP ring of U-shaped section bonded to the inside of a channel of the FRP cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A projected section 6 is formed by shaving the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the end of a metal cylinder 5, and a channel 7 of U-shaped section is formed at the end of a FRP cylinder 1. Then, recessed sections 9 each are formed respectively on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the projected section 6 of the metal cylinder 5, and FRP ring 10 is bonded in said recessed section 9, and further the outer surface of said FRP ring 10 is bonded with the inner surface of a FRP ring 8 of U-shaped section bonded inside the channel 7 of the FRP cylinder 1. By said arrangement, the bonding section of the metal cylinder 5 and the FRP cylinder 1 is constituted of FRP to enhance the bonding strength of both. |
