PURPOSE:To execute the image pick-up and sound-collection to match with the case a human being watches with his eyes and hears with his ears by controlling automatically two image pick-up cameras arranged at a dummy head so as to operate them to match with the action of the head and eyes of the human being. CONSTITUTION:At a dummy head H, left eye and right eye corresponding cameras CL and CR and left ear and right ear corresponding microphones ML and MR are arranged. Panning/tilting devices SL and SR execute the panning/ tilting driving of cameras CL and CR, and a head driving device SN executes the oscillating driving of a head H. A distance sensor D measures the distance from a camera to an object. A central processing unit drives the head H by referring to the interest program information of the human being stored into a floppy disk and the information of the action of the eyes and the action of the neck of an experiencing person to experience a video actually and sends a voice output from a microphone and the video output from a camera to a transmitting line. |
