<p>PURPOSE:To expand a measuring moisture range and a service temperature of a moisture sensor, by providing a moisture sensing section on both sides of a substrate. CONSTITUTION:Gold electrodes 2 and 3 provided on both sides of a substrate 1 of a moisture sensor, for example, make up comb-shaped electrodes of the same shape. Moisture sensitive members 4 and 5 applied between electrode patterns are of a thermosensitive material of organic polymer derived from a combination of an ionic monomer and a non-ionic monomer different in the hydrophilic and hydrophobic property. Silver electrodes 6 and 7 related to the electrode patterns are connected to respective gold electrodes 2 and 3 and arranged on both sides of the substrate 1 in the same specifications. Terminals 8 and 8' are connected to the silver electrodes 6 and 7 on the both sides of the substrate 1 through solders 9 and 10. The terminals 8 and 8' has ends thereof branched in Y sandwitching the substrate 1 so that branch sections 8a and 8b are connected to the silver electrodes 6 and 7.</p> |
