PURPOSE:To reduce the time searching a cooking menu by retrieving and extracting a cooking menu and sending the result to a terminal equipment based on an input data and a data in a storage section installed in a telephone exchange station when a request comes from the terminal equipment receiving the service to the telephone exchange station. CONSTITUTION:When an exchange 2 identifies a cooking menu extraction service request, a connection route from the received telephone line 4 to an input information receiver 31 of the telephone exchange station is established. Then the receiver 31 stores the input data from the terminal equipment 1 till a series of processings are finished and the processing request is given to a cooking menu extraction processing controller 32. The cooking menu extraction processing controller 32 reads a data relating to the cooking menu stored in the storage device 33 and displays visually the result on an output display device 13 of the terminal equipment 1.
