<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the optimum rear wheel steering pattern with a simple structure by forming a trapezoidal link with a pair of right and left swingable links and a movable link and transmitting the movement of the specified site of said movable link to a rear wheel steering member. CONSTITUTION:A rear wheel steering mechanism 6 is formed with a trapezoidal link 12 consisting of a pair of right and left swingable links 3, 4 of the same length which is swingable in the width direction centering around right and left fixed fulcrums 1, 2 which are separated in the width direction and a movable link 5 which connects the end parts of the swingable links 3, 4 and the connecting length of which is larger than the distance between the right and left fixed fulcrums 1, 2. Also, an extension part 13 which extend to a site P in the vicinity of, and not extending beyond, a momentary rotation center O of the trapezoidal link 12 at the time of taking an equal leg trapezoidal shape is connected to the neutral position of the movable link 5, while connecting tie rods 14 as rear wheel steering members to the site P. And, power from a front wheel steering mechanism is transmitted to the trapezoidal link 12 via power transmission means 15-18.</p> |
