PURPOSE:To enable the operation of fitting an ink ribbon to be smoothly performed and markedly reduce the possibility of smear of a printing paper, by providing glued parts to be disengageably engaged with each other, at both end parts of a ribbon-fixing band member. CONSTITUTION:When an end part of a fixing bend member 7 is pulled up in the direction of an arrow B, glued parts 7A are easily released from each other, and then the member 7 is taken out from a hole 6A. Next, an ink ribbon- fastening member 6 is pulled out in the direction of an arrow C, whereby an ink ribbon 2 is disposed at that position. An auxiliary means 5 for fitting the ribbon can be fitted and detached, and can be slidden along the ink ribbon 2, so that it has a degree of freedom in use, and ensures favorable workability. Since the ink ribbon-fastening member 6 which has a sheet-shaped form and is impermeable to ink is used to cover the ribbon 2, the ribbon 2 can be fitted without directly touching the ribbon by hands. Therefore, there is no possibility that the ink is adhered to the hands or the ink adhered to the hands smears a paper. |
