PURPOSE:A cooling means is provided by a cooling water tank, as well as a motor is provided externally by fixing a housing on the inner surface of the cooling water tank via a waterproof rubber ring, and allowing the protruded portion of a rotor main shaft to extrude from the cooling water tank. CONSTITUTION:A rotor main shaft 5 partly extruding from a housing 8 and a rotor driven shaft 6 interlocked therein via a timing gear are provided. The housing 8 that extrudes the rotor main shaft 5 therefrom is fixed watertight on the inner surface of a cooling water tank 1 via a waterproof rubber ring 19. The protruded portion of the rotor main shaft 5 is rotationally moved through the center of the waterproof rubber ring 19 so as to be allowed to extrude from the cooling water tank 1. Hence the waterproof rubber ring can shut off cooling water from contacting the rotor main shaft.
