PURPOSE:To perform repairing work by one operator who also works as an inspector and to achieve labor saving by inputting a defective position to be repaired on the surface of metal optically and inputting the depth of repairing by voice and driving and controlling the scanning device of a repairing machine. CONSTITUTION:When an inspector searches for defects while standing on a material 2 to be repaired and finds out a defect 2a, the operates the switch 9f of a defect position indicator 9 to turn a point light source 9b on, and moves the defect position indicator 9 so that the point light source 9b comes along the periphery of the part 2b to be repaired. Every time surface position indication is completed after going around the part 2b to be repaired, the depth of repairing of the part 2b to be repaired is inputted by voice through a microphone 11. When indication inputting is completed, completion of indication is reported by a switch, and repairing of the material 2 is started. |
